Colombia vs Peru Copa America 2011 Preview : Colombia coach Hernan Dario Gomez has warned his side not to take Peru lightly heading into tomorrow's first Copa America quarter-final in Cordoba.
"Peru count on a very good group, there's Paolo Guerrero, who is a good striker, Juan Vargas, who is very well known in Europe, and there are others who are playing well.''
Peru were last crowned Copa America champions back in 1975 - when they beat Colombia in the final.
"It will be a great game against a team who we respect a lot, but we also respect our interests, our history, and the interests of the Peruvian sporting people.''
